1: Validating your account: You will not be able to log-in if your account has not been validated: When you first register an account on this site We will send you an email WHITH a LINK in it. You must click this link to Validate your account (Do not reply to the email) If You did not receive a validation email from us Please check your Junk/Spam folder it may of been put there by Mistake

    1a, If you change your e-mail account inside the site you will also have to re-validate your new e-male account or your account will be locked out

    1b, IF you use an email service like zoo bounce (for safety) You will have to inform them that e-mails from admin@fbfkids are safe or you will never receive your validation email.

2: Your Password: You must use the correct password to log into your account or you will be locked out

    2a, If you have forgotten your password  Click the link inside the log-in box "Lost Password" This will send you an email to confirm that it is you that requested a new password ( DO NOT REPLY TO THIS E-MAIL) However You must click this link inside this e-mail before you will be sent a new password. Once you have clicked the link the site will send you a new computer generated password. You will then have to use this password along with your Log in name to log-in to to your account. To change your password once logged in to something easier to remember use your settings link (in the top bar) ********** Never lend or tell anyone your log-in details or password to anyone******

3: Logging in:  You only need 2 pieces of information to log-in Your password and your Log-in Name. Do not confuse your log-in name with your display (nick) name

    3a The number box If you try to log-in unsuccessfully more than 3 time a number box will appear You will need to fill in this number box before you will be able to proceed.

4: I still cannot Logg-in:  IF all else fails and you still have problems logging in, Send an email to admin@fbfkids.com with the subject cannot log-in Please include as much information as you can. The site name (re Teens, kids, or Kiddies) Your log-in name, your display name, and the email address that you signed up with. We will try to activate the account manually Please be aware that because we will have to do this manually it may take up to 24hrs.
